Civil Litigation
Television does us a disservice in how it gets us (and jury members) to expect a trial to be. Civil litigation is often slow and tedious. If there is a jury, it is a challenge to hold their attention and get them to remember the most important things.
Many cases never see the jury. It is estimated that 99% of civil litigation cases settle before trial. Some are dismissed due to legal issues that permit avoidance of trial, denying someone their day in court.
If you have a civil matter, anticipated or already pending, we would be pleased to hear from you. If you have a good case, we can discuss working together. If your case has weaknesses, we will try to be blunt about it.
Please contact us to schedule a consultation to discuss your matter.
